Thank you for your order! Here’s what you can expect when it comes to shipping:

Processing Time

Because each piece is handmade, please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship within USA, and select international locations. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. We unfortunately cannot control or predict these charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. That said, we’re always happy to help. Email us at basak@basakstudio.com and we’ll do what we can.
