Each baby sweater is carefully made by hand, making every piece truly one of a kind. Because of the custom nature of these items, please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

All sales are final. Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at basak@basakstudio.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, production begins and we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

Sizing
